2021 Kansas Dairy Producers' Need Survey
The 2021 Kansas Dairy Producers’ Need Survey is an initiative of the Assistant Professor/ Dairy Extension Specialist , Dr. Victor Gomez-Leon. Response from producers to mailed surveys is usually ~15%. Considering the number of dairy farms in Kansas, we propose to survey Kansas’s dairy producers through visits on farms or by phone, besides mail, and internet. This will allow Dr. Gomez to interact with producers and collect data to guide his extension effort and yield a scientific publication.
